Refund policy
At Artisan Jewelry Designs, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. Each piece is carefully designed and inspected to ensure you receive something truly special. However, we understand that sometimes a purchase may not work out as planned.
Please read our refund policy below for details on returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Personalized or custom-made jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged, unless it arrives damaged or defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Earrings
- Custom or engraved jewelry
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
3. Return Process
To start a return, please contact our customer support team at kcurrandesigns@gmail.com with the following details:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for your return (optional, but helps us improve!)
Once your request is approved, you’ll receive a return authorization and detailed instructions on how to send your item back.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at kcurrandesigns@gmail.com with:
- Photos of the item and packaging
- Your order number
We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for your desired piece.
7. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that time, your jewelry may already be in production or shipped, and we’ll be unable to cancel the order.
